VARITRON 470: 4-row, 7 t NonstopBunker, high separation, wheels, 460 HP
Self-propelled harvesters excel with the perfectly matched combination of performance, driving comfort and manoeuvrability. The resulting harvest reliability, even under the most difficult conditions, plays a decisive role in many cases. With the VARITRON 470, GRIMME offers a 4-row self-propelled harvester which can be equipped with an extensive range of separators. The VARITRON 470 achieves a high degree of manoeuvrability thanks to its wheeled chassis, which is fitted with large-volume tyres as standard and gives extreme soil protection in all conditions. The 7 ton bunker is used the whole time with effective capacity thanks to the rotating bunker web. A large number of automatic features for the harvesting process, which can all be conveniently controlled from the premium cabin, ensure a maximum working and driving comfort. The connection to myGRIMME facilitates the storage and retrieval of machine data and task data. And, thanks to the SmartView video system, you always have an overview of the most important machine functions.
Receiving hopper RH 20 / RH 24 / RH 28
The Receiving hopper RH 20 and RH 24 suit medium to larger farms. The hopper floor and the cleaning unit have a width of 2.0 m in all models of the RH 20 series. This enables a storage capacity of 80 to 90 tonnes per hour to be achieved. The receiving hopper, type RH 24, has a 2.4 m wide hopper floor and a corresponding cleaning unit. The machine enables throughput rates of 100 to 140 tonnes per hour. The receiving hoppers of the RH 28 series are especially suitable for large farms resp. the processing industry. The hopper floor and the cleaning unit of the RH 28 have a width of 2.8 m This enables a storage capacity of up to 150 tonnes per hour. The large intake volume combined with the high throughput rate ensures that the transport vehicles are emptied quickly. The specific construction of the receiving hopper, the "active pocket sealings" and the particularly soft PU spiral rollers of the cleaning unit are features, that enable maximum crop protection and highest throughput capacity at the same time. The infinitely variable drive (standard) allows easy adaptation to various conditions. The wide range of options enables optimum adaptation to the respective operational requirements. Operation of the hopper is intuitive and convenient with the help of the new IBX 300 ISOBUS operator unit. Numerous assistance systems, such as Remain Control and Capacity Control, take the strain off the operator while maximizing crop protection and storage performance.
T-100DF: a trailed, single-row top lifter with cart elevator usable for the efficient harvesting of carrots, parsnips and other vegetables
The T-100DF is a trailed, single-row top lifter with cart elevator. It is used for the efficient harvesting of carrots, parsnips and other vegetables. The machine is characterised by its simple, robust design and a long top-lifting assy. A share loosens the soil below the root. The rotating torpedoes raise the haulm/carrot tops so that it can be pulled out by the clamping belt. Afterwards, a root-cleaner removes adhering soil. The tops of the crop are cut off at their base by a cutting unit and ejected behind the machine. The carrots are conveyed directly via cross conveyor onto the cart elevator. Thanks to this direct crop flow with few drop steps, this variant is particularly gentle on the crop so that the carrots remain storable.
SPUDNIK 8 row potato belt planter 8908
The belt planter is a high-efficiency machine designed with the bottom line in mind. Unlike traditional planters, it plants by seed weight/acre rather than seed spacing, ensuring a more precise seed distribution.
High speed planter
Plant at speeds of 6 mph instead of 3 mph typical of conventional planters. This speed allows you to plant 17.5 ac/h. With the speed doubled, 210 acres can be planted in a day, compared to just 104 acres with the conventional 8 row planter.
Plant by weight, not seed spacing
Take the guessing game out of your operation. Plant per acre to get your seed spacing rather then figuring out the math of seed spacing.
SPUDNIK Potato Harvester 6844
The 4 row potato harvester 6844 is built for adaptability, allowing growers to configure the machine to match their soil conditions and achieve minimal bruise. Its customizable features - like cleaning tables, hump adjust, and a high direct-drive fan -maximize soil and trash separation while maintaining efficiency. Choose from a range of options, such as intake chain levels, boom size, and a telescoping breakaway boom. With these customizable features, the harvester can be tailored to suit your soil conditions and the variety of potatoes you’re harvesting.
